All round administrator required
- Ensure the communal areas are kept tidy.
- Dealing with Contractors, raising works orders, quotations and issuing paperwork to contractors
- Place works orders for repairs or routine maintenance items to the communal areas.
- Check works to the communal areas are as agreed.
- Manage and maintain records of petty cash and other monies
- Receive and record invoices against the annual budget.
- Receipt and have authorised the invoices for payment
- Maintain building records and update accordingly.
- Organising events alongside the in-house social group.
- Meeting new residents and providing building information.
- Producing a monthly newsletter and notices.
HOURS, 9am - 5pm, Mon to Friday, 35 hours per week
