You will be preparing students across all Key Stages to achieve their best in their learning and develop in confident, successful and happy students throughout their time at school.

The primary responsibility you will have as a Graduate Academic Coach will be to organise and lead small group workshops in Maths to groups in KS4 and KS5. The purpose of these workshops is to supplement the work that the pupils are learning in the classroom, to enable them to bridge the gaps in some of the foundations and to excel in their exams.
You will have the opportunity to gain more responsibility as time goes on and will be able to create your own resources and even cover some lessons, giving you a true insight into what it takes to become a successful teacher.
Summary of Graduate Academic Coach:·Starting September 2018·Maths Graduate position·Minimum 2:1 degree – various subjects considered·Must have a clear commitment to education and raising standards·Solihull Secondary School·Monday to Friday role, term-time only·Paid up to £325 a week·Outstanding mixed school·Access to all staff training·Opportunity to move onto teacher training in same school
