Are you an experienced logistics analyst with SAP knowledge, seeking a fixed term contract of up to and over 12 months? With an attractive annual salary of between 26-28k, this major first tier automotive supplier is recruiting a team player for their clean, modern facility in the Leamington area, offering free parking, 33 days holiday entitlement and convenient working hours including a 12:30pm finish each Friday.

This is an expansive site with close links to a number of major automotive firms, producing headliners and doors amongst a wide range of other components. The quality of our client's product is so universally acknowledged that their parts can be found in 9 out of the 10 bestselling motor vehicles in the world. As such, the successful Analyst will have a great deal of responsibility in providing material planning, conducting audits of material receipts, and providing support across a range of computerised functionalities.

Daily Responsibilities of the Logistics Analyst include:

- Invoice reconciliation - Raw Materials only
- Special Transport authority and monthly reporting - As per KPI
- Material Planning - utilizing SAP based MRP for materials as directed
- Raising of supplier non-conformance reports and assessments.
- Audit of material receipt to SAP - Carrying out Audits of materials received in SAP to ensure we maintain stock accuracy
- Monitoring stock levels against KPI targets
- Maintenance of delivery notification board.
- Maintenance of monthly Cycle count - To ensure that all stock is counted throughout the month and investigation of any discrepancies controlling stock Deviations - As per KPI
- Clearance of Cogi raw material errors - To ensure Cogi is cleared on a weekly basis and clear for end of month.
- Demand Management: SAP EDI and info systems management
- Warehouse house, deliveries and incoming materials control and management
- External logistics support coordination

In turn, the company will offer a salary of up to £28k per annum, based on performance during interview stages. Hours of work run from 0730- 1630 from Monday to Thursday, and 0730- 1230 on Fridays.

In order to be successful in this role, all applicants must possess the following;

- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Experience within an automotive environment would be preferable
- Logistics and Inventory Control experience is essential
- Experience in dealing with highly demanding customers & operating within a high pressure environment
- Problem solving skills and comfortable with integrating into a small team
- Computer literate on Microsoft Office packages
