Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

  • Graduate opportunity
  • Minimum 2:1 degree with strong A Levels
  • Schools across Birmingham and Solihull
  • Perfect PGCE/School Direct experience
  • Monday-Friday, full time position, term-time only
  • Earn between £300 and £325 a week
  • Perfect Teacher Training opportunity
  • September 2018 start to end of academic year
  • To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some previous experience working with children, but not necessarily in a school. You must hold at least a 2:1 in your degree and strong A Levels. You should be a patient and enthusiastic person who is committed to raising aspirations and confidence of Primary School children.

Once you become more confident with your surroundings, you will have the opportunity to take your own classes and lead with your own planning and resources.

From day one, you will be supported by a visionary and dedicated Senior Leadership Team and class Teacher. You will be working to develop your ability as a teacher, as well as a mentor in some cases.

With the help of the school's training and development plan, this could really be the perfect starting point for your teaching career!

This paid work experience would be invaluable for any 2019 application towards a PGCE or Schools Direct - don't hesitate, apply now!
