Caretalent is an independent, well established Recruitment company
business with a fantastic reputation in the Health and Social care
industry, not only in West Brom but throughout the UK.

Due to continued success we are looking for an experienced Recruitment
Administrator to join our office on a permanent basis.

The successful consultant will be determined, passionate, enthusiastic
about recruitment.

Duties include:

* Posting Job Adverts

* Screening CVs to arrange interviews for suitable applicants

* Arranging and Assisting with interviews

* Administering pre employment screening

* Processing Right to Work checks

* Completing all referencing

* Processing new starters

* Screening CV’s

* General Administration duties

Successful candidates must have:

* HR / Recruitment experience

* Must have a good eye for detail – strong accuracy skills

* Good communication skills - both oral and written

* Strong IT skills

Salary:

Negotiable

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday – 37.5 hours a week
