A North Birmingham based company are now seeking a bright and
enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrator to join their busy team.
Situated on the front desk but assisting with administration duties
across all departments, this role will be fast-paced, requiring you to
manage your time effectively and deal with tasks promptly and
efficiently.

The main responsibilities of this role will be:

* Meeting and greeting all clients to the office, preparing meeting
rooms and providing refreshments

* Taking all incoming calls and transferring them promptly or
assisting with queries where appropriate

* Liaise with suppliers to ensure refreshments, stationary and
office supplies are kept stocked up, checking invoices against
orders when they are delivered

* Monitoring, updating and managing various team databases, creating
reports as necessary and ensuring all records are accurate and up
to date

* Assisting the HR department with logging training, appraisals and
applications as well as filing employee checks and arranging
interviews

* Other general administration duties as and when required

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience,
ideally within a front of house role. Due to the location of this role
you will need to have access to your own transport. You will be
proactive and dedicated, willing to go above and beyond in the role
and add value to the whole team.
