A globally recognised company located in Warwick is looking for an
enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Administrator to join the
customer service team.
This is a temporary role lasting 5 months; therefore, you must be
available for an IMMEDIATE START.
You will be
• An effective team player
• Confident and a quick learner
• Have a “can-do” attitude, able to get on with tasks with little
supervision
• Possess fantastic communication skills, both verbally and written
• Proficient with your IT skills, SAP is desirable but not essential
• Have strong administrative skills, ideally within the customer service
function
• Have an excellent telephone manner and confident being on the phone to
customers
What you’ll be doing
• Contacting customers regarding any issues with orders
• Processing orders, taking them to the next stage for completion
• Managing the team inbox and allocating emails to the relevant person
• Taking incoming calls to the customer service line (full training will
be provided)
