REED Recruitment are currently working with an Insurance Broker in Malvern to help them recruit for a Commercial Customer Service Administrator.

The main purpose of this rile is to provide comprehensive administrative support for handlers and the department relating to the processing of general Commercial and Binder business for small to medium size businesses.

The responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to:
• Assisting the Commercial Team with the administration of new business, renewal and mid-term adjustments for clients
• Assist with the development and maintenance of scheme business
• Deal with phone, email and postal queries
• Review files and provide guidance to the Account Handlers as to the current situation with a file and what needs completing to comply with TCF/service standards
• Input cheques, credit card and or finance agreements onto the system

The company that I am working with are looking for a self-motivated, committed individual who wishes work within a busy office.

To be considered for this position you need to have a minimum of one years’ experience working in an administrative role, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an understanding of FCA requirements (however this is not essential).
