The successful applicant will complete a Level 2 work based Sports Turf/Horticultural Diploma and be required to complete weekly online coursework. Additional training opportunities during the apprenticeship will be available. The role is varied; duties would include maintaining the college sports pitches, golf course & amenity areas. You will gain experience in tending ornamental areas, planting, pruning, general plant care and using various horticultural machines. A fantastic opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in Horticulture who enjoys working outdoors. Ideal for school leavers, a provisional driving licence is beneficial.
