We are now looking for a Client Support Executive to join our team in Solihull.

Reporting into the Client Support Team Lead, our Client Support Executives are the voice and reputation of Reapit. Interacting with our clients by phone and email, they provide the most important service in our day to day operation; their primary role being to ensure that our clients are successful in their day to day business by offering them the most effective and appropriate advice and guidance, and resolving issues they may face in the services and products provided to them by Reapit.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable skills in problem solving, teamwork, responsibility, written and verbal communication, decision making and service improvement (will be tested at interview)
  • High level organisational skills
  • Demonstrable telephony skills (answering 50+ incoming calls per day)
  • Working in a service delivery environment
  • Basic numeracy ability
  • Time spent in a service environment with specified service delivery levels and Key Performance Indicators
We are also looking for someone who:

  • Is a self-starter with a “can do” attitude
  • Has integrity and persistence
  • Is focused on attention to detail
  • Is proactive, forward thinking and innovative
  • Is approachable and friendly
  • Is results oriented
  • Has the ability to effectively manage clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Has broad general IT experience including Word, Email and Excel
Some estate agency knowledge/experience would be a distinct advantage.
