Salary: GBP12.73 - GBP16.44 per hour / GBP24,823 - GBP32,058 per annum + benefits


Bonus 1: paid in Dec = GBP3k + GBP1k CAMHS bonus
Bonus 2: paid in Jun / Jul = GBP3k + GBP3k CAMHS bonus
Bonus 3: paid in Jun / Jul following year = GBP3k

We are recruiting for qualified Nurses to work within a specialist CAMHS mental health service in Stafford. This service offers care to children and young people with mental health needs a tranquil environment where they can recuperate and recover. We are looking for either Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ) or Learning Disability Nurses ( RNLD ), newly qualified or experienced.

The role of the Staff Nurse is to work closely with the wider nursing team in conducting assessments and formulating care plans. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing excellent standards of care in line with all codes of conduct and regulations.

For experienced Nurses there is the responsibility to act as a mentor/preceptor to students/support workers where appropriate. They will also lead shifts and supervise junior staff in carrying out their care plans.

We also welcome applications from newly qualified Nurses as we can offer preceptorship programmes with excellent training and development. Overall the Manager at this service is approachable and welcoming, you will benefit from a positive and supportive working environment.

Person Specification:

To be considered for this role you should be a registered Nurse ( RMN / RNLD ) with a valid NMC PIN. You should also be eligible to live and work in the UK.
