Adele Carr Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Admin Advisor to work at a family run business based in Stoke on Trent.

Key Responsibilities:

* Account management
* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
* Sales administration
* Data processing
* Advising customers of service information
* Use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Key Skills:

* Good attention to detail
* Proficient in the use of Excel and Word
* Good communicator
* Confident telephone manner
* Work well on own initiative

Full time position
Salary 16k
