An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a CIPD Lecturer to join Telford College on a fixed term basis.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to deliver Level 5 CIPD course. The successful candidate will need to possess a teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLs) or a firm commitment to achieve a Diploma in Education and Training (DET). The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of working in a teaching/training environment.
The successful candidate must be an Associate Level member of the CIPD with a minimum level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management. We particularly welcome applications with experience within a management environment, ideally within Human Resource Management.
The course delivery is 2 evenings per week commencing January 2019 to April 2019 and 1 evening per week May to January 2020.
