My Public Sector Client is looking for a strong administrator for a temporary assignment based in Birmingham City Centre. The role is paying £9. This role would be full time, from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
You must be able to provide administrative support to the department which could include the following tasks; arranging travel, accommodation, diary management, writing correspondence and raising purchase orders. You must also be experienced in supporting day to day meetings, taking accurate notes/minutes as required and following up on actions.
Your role would essentially be a support for their teams to ensure that their portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively. You will provide high quality support including complex information and analysis, carry out effective file management and ensure compliance within company policy. You would be required to co-ordinate with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers. Ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects is supported and achieved.
