If so, Tinies Childcare has the perfect opportunity for you. As the operators of the Smaland Crèche at IKEA Birmingham, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the crèche team 16 hours a week (including some weekends).

The IKEA Birmingham Crèche is open 7 days a week and provides a quality first class childcare service for children, whilst customers shop in the store. The purpose of this role is provide day to day management of the setting in the absence of the Manager/Deputy, planning programme of activities for the children.

Your role will include:

  • Supervise children at indoor play and ensure of safety and security of the setting.
  • Ensure regular communication and interaction with parents to update them on their child's progress.
  • Be in charge of the crèche in absence of the manager/deputy.
