Senior Service Manager (LD/Complex Care Needs)
A unique and exciting opportunity has become available for a senior service manager to join a well established and respected provider of supported living care and support for adults with learning disabilities on the Black Country/Birmingham borders.
You will join a highly person centred provider of care and support and become a pivotal member of their senior management team.
This is an exciting role for a skilled managerial applicant who can demonstrate a proven background supporting clients with complex learning disabilities and behaviours which may prove challenging.
You will have proven experience of treatment and assessment and be an expert in the Transforming Care Agendas. Experience of Positive Behaviour Support and a comprehensive understanding of the Mental Capacity Act is essential to be considered for this role.
As senior service manager, you will be working with a team of established managers to ensure the delivery of high quality, specialist care that promotes independence and quality.
This exciting senior service manager role would be the perfect opportunity for an already established manager who is competent in managing and developing services based on the transforming care agenda. You will hold a relevant care management qualification, as well as a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. As with all managerial roles, you will be share the "on call" rota and deputise for the service managers in their absence.
