The right candidate will :
Be responsible for proper administration of construction contracts - previous experience is essential.
Track and control construction schedule costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.
Tasks will include paperwork pulling, managing enquiries, investigating worksheets, and time records.
The right candidate will need an understanding of:
Undertaking costs analysis for construction and installation project work;
Preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
Contract Plans and Valuation Sheets set up from the receiving of a Contract Notice from Sales Department.
Raise purchase orders for all SC's
Weekly receiving of all purchase orders for the purposes of month end
Setting up new SC's with all necessary paperwork, insurances etc. Ensure these are reviewed and checked accordingly.
