Customer Service Advisor - Temp To Perm

Our client is looking for a full time contact centre advisor to work within a busy but small call centre environment dealing with current clients.

Duties are:

• Front line telephone response to customers/end users

• Investigation & resolution of customer queries

• Accurate maintenance of company records both manually & electronically

• Process returned products in a timely manner

This role will also involve Data Entry so the ideal candidate will need to have previous experience with Microsoft Office to a intermediate level

Successful candidates will be confident and have an excellent telephone manner, be multi-tasking and have a level of accuracy, be able to communicate effectively with inbound calls.
