Payroll Administrator/Co-Ordinator

Location: Birmingham

Salary: c£24,000 + Excellent Benefits

A payroll position has arisen within this busy People Team within a rapidly growing organisation. This role will help with ensuring all payrolls are processed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner

The role will be responsible primarily for the administration and submission of payroll (to a third party), associated handling of queries from team members, liaison with payroll and pension providers.

In addition you’ll support with review of expenses submissions and support the wider People team with administration.

You will have the confidence to be able to handle any queries and communicate clearly and concisely.

To be considered for this role you will have previous hands on payroll experience. Be computer literate and have an excellent knowledge of Payroll legislation and compliance.

We are seeking a real team player who has a flexible approach and is able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision. Good time management skills are required to be able to organise and prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
