Customer Service Representative- Temp to Perm

Our client, a major blue chip distribution company in Nuneaton requires a Customer Service Advisor to complete their successful team. The position is working within a small call centre and involves working on behalf of their customer, co-ordinating stock and the delivery of their products.

Requirements of the role

Inbound & Outbound telephone calls

Raising orders


Track & Trace

Use of warehouse management computer systems

Polite telephone manner

Good written communication including managing email accounts

Timekeeping & Attendance

Attention to detail

The successful candidate ideally would have worked within an office environment, have accurate administration skills and be computer literate. The candidate must be able to multitask and have a real focus on customer relations internal/external. Call centre experience would be advantageous.

This role is a Monday to Friday position with hours of work between 7am -6.30pm. Occasional Saturday working of 7am to 12pm will be required. You will complete 40 hours per week within these hours, overtime may also be an option.

Full training will be provided on site by a qualified team member who will act as your point of contact for a set period of time. You will then be given targets which you would be expected to achieve.
