About the Role
The duties and responsibilities for this role are: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a customer facing role. Ideally a Service Advisor with franchise experience in the Motor Industry. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service; someone who will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Services department.The ideal candidate must have: customer relations experience, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, sales skills would be an advantage to inform customers of our service products and you must be IT literate.
