About us

Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke are looking for a Business Manager to join their successful new and used car team. You will be a hands-on Business Manager or an experienced Sales Executive wanting the next step in your career. You will have a passion and pride in what you do. Our Ford Stoke dealership in a Ford Store we have a vast range of vehicles on site including Ford Mustang and Ford Focus RS available at our flagship site and we are in a prime location, easy to find as we are right next to the BET 365 stadium. This role is the main driving force for the success of this business, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. You will be rewarded with an extremely competitive commission structure with earning potential of up to £45k plus and a company car! If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.

About the Role

As Business Manager, your role is to lead your team of Sales Executives to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to deliver maximised profitability. Managing a controlled process, you will serve and support the sales executives to sell a combination of new and used vehicle and a range of add-on products, finance and asset protection products. You will energise and deliver sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration and generate buzz and enthusiasm in the team. The responsibilities of this role are as follows: • To build trust, communicate well and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. • To maximise the opportunity for the Sales Executives to do business. • Maximising Profit by achieving the monthly targets & KPI’s. • To ensure the Sales team deliver on data quality and FCA compliance.

About You

We are looking for a driven, motivated and disciplined individual who is able to communicate well and create a rapport with our customers. Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be able to be demonstrated at interview. You must also be able to demonstrate a superb track record of a settled career history in the Motor Industry. You must have the ability to deliver consistently against performance targets.
