Business Support Administrator
Kingscroft are recruiting for a rapidly growing and award winning telecoms company for a Business Support role where the candidate will be required to do a wide range of customer service, business support and team administration / office duties.
As the ideal candidate you will be looking to make a career in an office support or a customer service role and be willing to play your part in the growth of this exciting business through helping customers, supporting sales or the wider team with office and administrative duties.
- You role will be varied and will include:
- Producing quotes for system changes , additions and mobiles
- Process orders for mobile handsets and SIM cards
- Provide customer service on mobile or network queries
- Arrange for swap out of faulty mobiles handsets
- Provide customers with update on orders and network services
- Scheduling training
- Preparing contract documentation and general administration
- Providing administrative support to the engineering , sales and finance teams
- Working closely with Billing teams to prepare and deliver accurate customer information
