Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator Support in the Tamworth area with our well established client.

As a Sales Administrator you will need to have:


·Experience in a similar role, dealing with customers and generating leads
·Excellent communication skills
·Previous experience in administration and processing sales orders
·Able to work to deadlines
·MS office knowledge
·Maths and English GCSE'S Grade C or above (or equivalent)
·Willing to travel abroad a few times a year
·Previously used CRM systems (experience of exact synergy would be advantageous)

Details:


·Salary: up to £20, 000 (Depending on experience)
·Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 (Flexible start and finish times)
·Location: Tamworth
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a Sales Administrator:


·Provide external sales teams with leads from outbound calling
·Provide admin support to the internal commercial team
·Take customer orders by phone and email, and input them into the system
·Register and monitor complaints
·Order office stationary and workwear
·Calling existing customers to make them aware of promotions and offers
·Diary management of the commercial team and general manager
·Arrange travel (flights, hotel, car parking and car hire) for staff and visitors
·Greet visitors and reception cover when required
·Arrange all catering for the training courses and meetings
·Arrange office maintenance tasks
