We are looking for 15 enthusiastic Customer Service Advisers to join our fast-paced, lively and professional Outbound Sales Team from the 12th November 2018. We need Customer Service Advisers who are confident calling and promoting our products and new services to existing customers who are coming to the end of their tariff.
(Please note that this is not cold calling customers)
What your new role as a Customer Service Adviser will involve
  • Courageously calling and promoting our energy and broadband packages passionately to customers whilst having the willingness to overcome and challenge customer objections.
  • Working within a highly motivated, sales driven team of 12 agents to meet and exceed both your own and department targets through friendly competition.
  • Actively listening to customers needs and talking them through our product options and services that could best suit their situation to ultimately retain them with sales through delivering exceptional service.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth first contact resolution for each customer.
A few things you’ll need as a Customer Service Adviser...
  • To be able to commit to upsell in a regulatory and professional way whilst being enthusiastic with positive manner.
  • To be capable of closing sales whilst working under pressure across multiple systems.
  • Be comfortable to boldly make recommendations that are relevant to that specific customer’s needs.
  • Gladly work towards and exceed both individual and team targets.
