Due to continued success, our client is looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join the team at their Stoke On Trent site, close to Newcastle Under Lyme, Leek, Stone and Crewe.
The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for administering customer accounts and dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail. You will also be responsible for invoicing and motor vehicle registration, factory ordering, arranging delivery of new motor vehicles, progress chasing missing vehicles and cross referencing delivery documentation. This is in addition to providing a wide range of administrative support to a busy automotive fleet team.
The ideal candidate for the Fleet Administrator role will ideally have experience of working in a Fleet Administrator role within the automotive industry. However, applications from candidates with administrative or accounts admin experience outside the motor trade will also be considered.
