Finance Administrator

We are recruiting Finance Administrators for our client based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Do you have a passion for numbers? Do you want to progress within a successful business?

The client are looking for individuals who are good with numbers, have lots of patience and are able to build rapport with senior management level.

The role will include:

  • Generate and sending out reminder letters
  • Processing payments through the case management system
  • Answering emails and distributing emails from central inbox
  • Help with chasing any aged debt
  • All administration
  • Ad hoc support work for the senior administrators
Person Specification:

  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Outstanding telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Good with numbers - lots of invoice processing
  • Happy to work in a heads down environment
  • Confident
