Housing receptionist/ customer service advisor required immediately for housing association in Stoke on Trent
Your new company
This large housing association is Stoke on Trent offers support and living for a variety of vulnerable adults. They require a receptionist/ customer service advisor to be the first point of call of visitors coming in and out of a busy reception environment.
Your new role
As a housing customer service advisor you will be required to work a busy front of reception desk and deliver a high quality of customer service to visitors coming in and out. These visitors could be tenants with queries and therefore you will need to have some knowledge of working in a housing background previously. You will also be required to take rent payments both over the phone and in person, as well as general admin duties such as recording information and transferring calls.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be available immediately to start to this 6 week temporary position. You are required to have worked in a similar position before and have some knowledge of Social Housing is desirable.
What you'll get in return
This role is temp for 6 weeks and could potentially be on going work. The rate of pay is approx £9.50 per hour.
