OK, so you are interested in becoming a Software Consultant. What can WE offer YOU? We are currently rapidly expanding our business and consultancy is key for us... We are looking for individuals who are ... Bright, capable, self-starters ... IT literate, (we are not after coders) ... Able to talk to senior people and understand how their businesses work. (Don't worry, they are usually keen to tell you how it works). Analytical and capable of configuring our software to match their business needs. We are after a long-term hire. This is a career move and has great potential for the right person! Do not apply if you are after a part-time job or a ‘stepping stone’ job. This job is open to School and College Leavers, as well as to Graduates or those with limited business experience. So, who are we? We are the UK distributors for Visual Planning. We are a small company with a big reach. We sell to medium to large businesses throughout the UK. We sell, consult, configure and train on our software and clients include: Astra Zeneca, Great Western Railway, Govia Thameslink Railway, Southeastern Trains, European Bank For Reconstruction and many more ... We provide both the solution and the licences to run the software and have cloud based (SaaS) and on-premise options. We also have desktop (PC and Mac), browser based and a full mobile app to allow users to use the software anywhere they want. What are we offering? We will provide the software tools and the training on how to use it. We will be here to help and guide you until you become self-sufficient. We do all the sales, but you will need to work with your clients to ensure they gain the solution that they specified (and you/we agreed to). We cover all your time and expenses. We expect you to be able to commute to our offices in Hopton Heath, Shropshire for your initial training period and if you are close enough, we would expect regular 'in-office' sessions. Training will also be provided in both the UK and Paris, France, so a passport would be useful. You will need your own vehicle to be able to travel out to client sites and will not usually be on-site more than 2 days per week. We would expect you to be taking home a good package at the end of your fist year and there is no cap on earnings. P.S. The software doesn’t do EVERYTHING for you… you still have to do some stuff, but it makes working into a fun game you’ll love instead of a terrible chore… you’ll see what we mean when you see the software in action.
