Our client is the voice of British farming, and their members are at the heart of what they do. On their behalf they lobby government and other stakeholders, develop policy and provide a range of frontline services.

Position: Sales and Retention Adviser
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: circa GBP21,937 (negotiable dependant on experience) + Commission to be agreed

About the role:

They are seeking a conscientious, sales focused individual to join their team of Membership Sales & Retention Advisers. You will be looking to increase our clients membership by providing telephone support to new prospects, existing members and to the general public on their membership enquiries.

About you:

You will be an excellent communicator, working within a small team targeted on gaining new and retaining existing members. Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience of making outbound telesales calls and working in a target driven environment are essential. It is essential that you have previous experience in sales administration and customer service / telesales environment, dealing with significant call volumes and have experience of organising your own time.

Good Microsoft Office skills and experience of using a CRM system is a requirement along with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to achieve targets. You will become a proficient user of their CRM system and training will be given.
