Our client, a building control organisation based in Birmingham City Centre are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team. Our client offer an excellent starting salary of £18,000 with 28 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, hardworking and reliable. This is an exciting opportunity for anybody looking to pursue a career within an established, stable company.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:

* Typing and proof reading written reports and documents

* Supporting all business functions as and when required

* Handling all incoming and outgoing calls

* Providing support to Surveyors of the business

* Serving of legal documents to local authorities

* Ordering stationary and opening and sending postal documents

The successful candidate for the role of the Administrator will have:

* Experience working within an administration position

* Confidence working on Microsoft packages

* Excellent communication skills

In return the Administrator will receive a basic salary of £18,000 with the opportunity to progress within a well-established organisation.
