Vibrant the UK’s leading property services company are recruiting qualified Domestic Energy Assessors to undertake a variety if EPCs and Solar Survey work on domestic properties in Shrewsbury (SY postcode area).

A DEA qualification is required, along with excellent organisational skills, impeccable customer service skills and the ability to work under own initiative. Training on Solar Surveys will be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake EPC’s and optional Solar Surveys on domestic properties using iPad software in the field (full Solar Survey training given)
  • Undertake independent energy audits
  • Submit comprehensive, accurate reports, on the same day
  • Display a ‘right first time’ attitude to service delivery
  • Build effective relationships with clients in your area to enhance service delivery
  • Take ownership of resolution and escalate queries to Line Manager promptly
  • Attend training sessions as required
  • Embrace the core values of the business

Essential Qualifications

  • DEA/GDA qualification

  • Full UK driving licence, own transport and appropriate insurance
  • Home PC, printer and broadband connection
