Set in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, our client, a 100 + bedroom hotel attracting both leisure and corporate business is currently seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join their independently run business

The property has seen substantial growth over the years, with a full bedroom extension and refurb, the addition of 18 state of the art conference & banqueting suites, a recently updated Leisure Club with Luxury Spa facilities, along with an 18 hole golf course, this venue has a lot to offer.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for 4 key elements, Revenue Management, Account Management, Marketing and Human Resources

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily review of occupancy and adjust short-term strategy where necessary
  • Weekly occupancy forecast for the next 3 months and adjust short-term to mid-term strategy where necessary
  • Prepare for and host an internal weekly Communication Meeting
  • Sales Reporting for internal analysis and Shareholder reporting
  • Manage the Top Ten Accounts - combined revenues of GBP1m per year
  • Manage all Local Corporate Rates, combined room nights 6,500 per year
  • Manage Industry Partner relationships
  • Design and implement the annual Sales and Marketing Plan with the assistance of the Digital Marketing Executive and BDM
  • Manage the annual Sales and Marketing Budget
  • Host and attend annual onsite and offsite exhibitions and events
  • Host weekly team chats with sales and front of house team to discuss workload/challenges/goals

You will be a key decision maker in this organisation, therefore experience in a similar position is essential.

A generous salary of up to GBP35,000 is on offer for the right candidate
