An exciting opportunity as arisen for a Customer service Administrator based in Cheddleton.

Working in a busy sales office duties include:

Administration of phone, email and web based bookings.
Taking payments via different means processing such information and ensuring the relevant paperwork is completed.
Up selling the company's product.
Chasing correspondence / forms.
Keeping current with Clients website and their social media.
Updating our website using our own content management system

You will have strong admin skills, excellent Customer service skills and strong computer skills.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Some weekend work may be required during peak times so flexibility is needed
