GENERAL MANAGER (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH)

We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated individual to assume overall responsibility for an Occupational Health Service located in the Telford & Shropshire area.

With an annual turnover of £800,000 and a team of 30 professionals we provide a high quality, cost effective Occupational Health Service, supporting in excess of 300 employers across Shropshire, the Midlands and beyond. The General Manager will need to bring a strong level of Sales and Marketing awareness, to work autonomously to promote the Service, managing new and existing contracts whilst maintaining relationships with Employers.

Key responsibilities will include;

• All Corporate services, including data protection,

• Management accounts, pension and payroll

• Company secretary duties, liaising closely with the Board of Trustees/ non Executive Directors

• All aspects of running a small successful business

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be self motivated with a passion for developing and motivating others and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification.

This is a full time position, offering a salary circa £40,000 with pension, excellent annual leave entitlement and flexible working arrangements.
