About the Overall Objective:

  • To extract and analyse digital data, creating actionable insight to increase web and e-commerce performance, revenue and profit

About the Role Responsibilities:

  • Analysing digital marketing data: website, App, User Experience (UX) and all digital marketing campaign results to form actionable insight to improve digital marketing campaign efficiency and e-commerce revenue
  • Work with digital marketing teams on how to refine messaging to reduce bounce rates and improve conversion rates
  • Analysing the customer touchpoints and journey online in conjunction with marketing teams and proposing improvements
  • Seeking out the latest technologies, web analytical tools, for example, to keep ahead of the competition and improving efficiencies and opportunities in the role
  • A/B testing
  • Setting up and maintaining digital dashboards
  • Working closely with the marketing agency

About the Requirements:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to make their mark and shine even with this global giant because this role has the opportunity to positively influence all digital marketing activity.

  • SQL is essential as you will be extracting data from various databases and data-sets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ideally Digital knowledge, but a full mixed Marketing Data Analyst from an alternative background will be considered as really it's about how your brain works - you can transfer your skills
  • The ability to form meaningful "actionable insight"
  • Strong MS Office package skills including Advanced Excel
  • Comfortable with IT/technology/systems
  • Advantage - Google Analytics and Tag Manager knowledge
