Customer Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a fantastic opportunity based in the heart of Warwick on an on-going temporary basis.
You will feel welcome from day one and all training provided. This is a temporary role that will see you through the New Year and could even go permanent.
Your new role will be to assist our small team with incoming calls with general enquires and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to input change of customer details and to log call notes for each call that is taken.
You will be required to have a outstanding customer service skills as well being computer literate, also having Excel skills would be a bonus! Our ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience, preferably within a contact centre environment.
In return you will receive excellent working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will also receive weekly pay of £8 per hour, though this salary is negotiable for the right candidate. You will also have access to our free on-site parking.
