Site Manager with strong experience working on Heritage/ listed building projects.

To be successful in your application you will have a stable work history and be fully experienced in running various types of jobs from inception through to completion. In particular it is essential that you have experience working as a Site Manager on Listed building/ heritage projects and that your CV demonstrates this.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in a similar role. Experience working for a building contractor on projects between £0.5m - 5m both new build and refurbishment is essential.

You will be responsible for coordinating the project, ensuring that the project is running to programme in according to both time scales and budget
