£42,583 per annum (rising to £44,824 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

35 hours per week

The role of Planning and Resource Manager will include:

Production of the year on year holistic IT project planmanaging the high level deliveryLiaising with key stakeholders and senior management regarding the prioritisation of work against operational objectives and the progress on inflight workRemoving blockers to achieve delivery and track progressEscalating issues, including delivery issues, resource conflict, & adoption challenges to Team Leads and Senior managementSkills and experiences:

Project, portfolio management tool experiencePPM tool implementation and adoption experienceRobust IS project delivery backgroundGood understanding of standard PMO practiceOutstanding communication, rapport building, influencing and negotiating skillsTrack record of implementing new ways of working specifically in resource management and capacity planning.Highly persuasive and well organisedAbility to present effectively from high level concept through to low levels of detailReady to join us?
