A role to make your own. I am seeking a PA/ administrative support assistant and events coordinator.
- Organising my diary
- Keeping contacts up to date
- Taking messages
- Booking meetings
- Preparing presentations – powerpoint/ word
- Sending emails

In addition to this – managing www.monkhousegranary.co.uk
- Taking bookings
- Managing detail – booking caterers, arranging meeting layouts, greeting guests, looking after guests – preparing drinks, serving lunches, clearing rooms
- Invoices and managing payments

A diverse role requiring:
A smiley, energetic, positive and practical person – with good administrative IT skills, excellent personal presentation and an engaging manner with people. An ability to work independently and happy to be on your own at times as I am often travelling for work.

Full time – could be a job share if two people are interested.
Interviewing A.S.A.P. Role to commence ideally on 7th January 2019.
