Our client who is based in Malvern are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful will be highly motivated and excited to embrace a challenge. You will be involved with the office administration, accounts and despatch. This is a great role with brilliant variety.

Candidate Responsibilities;
- Answering incoming calls, opening post and greeting visitors
- Raising sales orders and invoices
- Maintaining stock inventory database
- Organising dispatch of product
- Putting quotes together for customers, and liaising quotes with haulage companies
- Create and complete sales reports
- Liaising with external warehouse to manage dispatch and agree delivery charges
- Create business processes as directed by the Compliance and Operations Manager
- Organise team lunches and events
- Book company travel and accommodation
- Create PowerPoint presentations for sales team
- Gain knowledge of all key roles in office to ensure business continuity

Candidate Attributes;
- Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and prioritize activities that lead to a goal
- Strong organisational skills

- Ability in adapting to change
- Taking initiative
- Exceptional time management
- Knowledge of NetSuite is desirable

Hours- Monday to Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm (20 hours a week- flexible on 4 hours but has to be in latest by 10.30am)


Salary- £10,000 (£20000 pro rata)
