Both positions are working Monday through to Friday;
AM Shift 8.15am to 12.45
PM Shift 12.30 to 5pm

Duties will include:
Greet colleagues and visitors
Manage the reception area and ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
Answer incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and redirected accordingly
Manage the meeting room bookings ensuring optimum efficiency of the booking system
Manage the car parking procedure and the booking of visitor spaces
Arrange catering and/or refreshments for colleagues and/or visitors
Support Chairman's PA with any ad hoc duties.
Responsible for Fleet Management administration of company lease and hire cars working alongside Fleet Management Company and HR Coordinator to ensure company process is followed.
Co-ordinate the facilities management maintenance programme for the buildings at Nuneaton
Ensure compliance is met in all areas of the facilities management maintenance programme for the buildings at Nuneaton
Ensure all Health and Safety Boards are visible throughout the business and updated regularly.
Carry out HSEQ Induction for all visitors and new starts to Nuneaton Site
