A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join a well-established distribution company based in central Walsall. This position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work within a fantastic family owned business.

The purpose of the role is to undertake all administrative duties required to support the Managing Director of the business and two other members of the Executive team.

Daily Duties Include:

- Diary and inbox Management

- Making travel arrangements

- Co-ordination of meetings and minute taking

- Dealing with confidential information

- Preparing information for meetings and undertaking follow-up

This position offers 37.5 hours a week. Start and finish times can offer some flexibility based upon the candidates requirements.

Holidays offered are 33 per year including statutory holidays.
