You will be working as part of a team of advisors as the initial point of contact for customers, providing a very high quality of response, efficiently and professionally.
This is a varied role where you will develop a rapport with other departments to gather knowledge so as to provide top-class advice and service. There is also the potential for you to get involved in new, interesting and ground-breaking projects
You will gain full knowledge of the services offered and gain contact information for prospects. You will also follow up and contact clients who have enquired about the services to establish needs and requirements and provide information about additional services.
You must be an enthusiastic individual with customer service experience (predominantly inbound but some outbound is desirable), you will have very strong customer focus and you must have a positive, proactive character with an excellent telephone manner. You must enjoy working within a team and a good sense of humour is essential. As this role entails learning, then advising on a range of information, candidates with a good standard of education is preferred. You will be IT literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
You will be very confident when communicating with others, whatever the level. You will be able to multi task, prioritise and manage your own workload whilst maintaining a consistent polite & professional attitude at all times
The salary is £18,000 - £ 19,500 p.a. (+ corporate bonus of up to 10% so potentially up to almost £21,500 p.a.) There is also an excellent benefits package.
