The Position:

The Best Connection is looking to appoint an outstanding Apprentice Branch Administrator to join its team based in Tamworth.

The Package:

This apprentice position attracts a starting salary of GBP12,000, with quarterly rises of GBP750 for the first year subject to satisfactory reviews. Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year's employment inclusive of statutory holidays.

The Role:

The person we are seeking will be an enthusiastic team player, have excellent communication skills and take pride in their attention to detail and accuracy. The role demands the ability to prioritise workloads and manage distractions in order to achieve rigid company deadlines ensuring weekly payroll requirements are met. As the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone, to our clients and temporary workers your professionalism in dealing with their varying requirements will be of vital importance to the success of the branch.

  • Processing Payroll
  • Recording and Resolving Queries
  • Operating in house computer programmes
  • Operating branch telephone system
  • Document control
  • Using Word to produce individual letters
  • Producing results in Excel

Hours of Work:

Your working week will consist of 37.5 hours with 1 hour's lunch break each day.

As this is an Apprentice position the initial contract will be for 12 months
