Salary GBP20,750 (plus 10% bonus)

Our client, a leading communications expert, is looking to recruit a professional and driven Sales Administrator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and be able to manage their assigned work processes while working in a busy environment.

Duties of the successful Sales Administrator will include:

  • Support the Sales Operations team in providing a first class quoting and sales order processing service for our Clients, Client Manager and wider team
  • Quotation requests will often require communication and input from several departments and external parties
  • Where possible quote requests will be sent via a Sales Executive or a quote request portal
  • Timely and accurate processing of client Quotation request and Sales Orders
  • Adherence to best practise in respect to systems and processes
  • Correct prioritisation of requests and actions
  • Effective and proactive communication

The successful Sales Administrator will possess:

  • Experience in sales support/administration or customer services
  • IT literate with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with complex pricing would be an advantage
  • Experience of using SAP or a similar relational database would be an advantage
  • Numerate and great attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team unsupervised
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines

The successful Sales Administrator can expect:

  • GBP20,750 + 10% bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing with time served
