An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to work Front of House for a market leader in their industry based in Coleshill.
This role will involve general reception duties which includes: providing a friendly and offer a warm welcome to visitors, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and attention to detail is delivered throughout the front of house operation, assisting with booking of meeting rooms, operating a busy switchboard, dealing with letter correspondence and some administrative tasks.
This post demands competency, initiative and awareness. Good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and a flexible approach to working hours are all essential in order to meet the needs of the company.
