Project Manager - Customer Journey
Project Manager opportunity for a large utilities company based in Walsall.
This role has been created to initiate and run a large scale project focused on a new retail offering including the customer service and journey propositions as well as the regulatory impacts and competition compliance.
To be successful, you will need to have a background working for large scale utilities, infrastructure, financial services type companies where the programme has been focused on new customer propositions and new market opportunities.
You will need to have skills including:
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Regulatory project expertise
- Retail / Customer Service / Customer Journey oriented projects
- New proposition development
- Prince2 qualified or equivalent through experience
