Join us as a Sales Support Administrator, on a 9-month fixed term contract, and you can be a part of the

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 07.30hrs - 16:00hrs.

Purpose of the role

The Sales Support Administrator will be a key player in the non-retail commercial team, providing assistance through daily reporting, sales order processing all the while providing a strong and effective customer service to our valued customers.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Administrator’s key responsibilities will include:

- Sales order processing – Complete orders for traded, industrial and frozen products, liaising with dispatch and transport to ensure completion and allocation of orders. Supporting other sales support on processing when needed.
- Reporting – Responsible for sales analysis within the non-retail commercial team and submitting it to the business. This includes KPI’s and sales reports per customer and shortage reports.
- Customer service – Liaising with customers on issues, orders and holding the responsibility of adjusting pricing based on stock position, ensuring a prompt response.
- Forecasting – Working with our supply chain to ensure we can supply orders in full.
- Discrepancies – Investigating discrepancies, going through sales reports, spotting errors and creating disputes, talking through with our cash collector teams and sales teams in order to resolve them.
- Contribution in sales meetings – Active contribution within sales meetings, talking through sales from the past week and any issues.

What we are looking for:

- GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent as a minimum and a NVQ Level 3 in either Business Administration or Customer Services is preferred.
- Intermediate IT skills with knowledge of bespoke systems such as Navision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Driven to achieve results.
