You will carry out general office administration duties related to their service department.
- Dealing with customers regarding their service, repairs and any warranty work that is required
- Ensuring jobs are booked correctly
- Ensuring that engineers have the correct paperwork for the required job
- Setting up service agreements for customers
- Dealing with any customer queries and inquiries
- Providing quotations to customers
- Following up quotations to secure the business
- Excellent office administration skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and can sometimes be a demanding environment
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- IT LIterate
