Office Administrator

Permanent opportunity based close to Newcastle under Lyme working Monday to Friday.

The salary is GBP16500 - GBP18500, excellent pension scheme, private healthcare, critical illness cover, and a bonus structure to name few.

Exciting opportunity to join a market leading business in their field our client has a current vacancy for an experienced Office Administrator to join their fast-paced team.

You will carry out general office administration duties related to their service department.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with customers regarding their service, repairs and any warranty work that is required
  • Ensuring jobs are booked correctly
  • Ensuring that engineers have the correct paperwork for the required job
  • Setting up service agreements for customers
  • Dealing with any customer queries and inquiries
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Following up quotations to secure the business

Candidate skills:

  • Excellent office administration skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and can sometimes be a demanding environment
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • IT LIterate
